Barone di Villagrande Etna Rosso

With a history that dates back to 1727, Barone di Villagrande is Siciliy's oldest winery. Their vineyards are on the lower slopes of Mount Etna, and their Etna Rosso is one of the best values of its type in the marketplace.

A blend of the Nerello family of grapes (Mascalese, Cappuccio, and Mantellato), this is a prime example of why Etna wines are more popular than ever. Combining some of the elegant structure of a Pinot Noir with the aromatic complexity of a Nebbiolo, they're a lot of fun. Great fruit, good complexity, delicious red wine!
