Alemany and Corrio Principia Mathematica

"The idea for the Principia Mathematica was to craft a high quality white wine that was simultaneously accessible. Their first vintage of this 100% Xarel·lo was in 2011. 80% of the PM is fermented in small oak barrels, while the remaining 20% ferments in stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes full malolactic fermentation and ages in small barrels. 

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate - 94 points - "I love the perfumed, aromatic and elegant nose of the white 2022 Principia Mathematica, a pure Xarel.lo with a moderate 12.1% alcohol and very good freshness and acidity. It's peachy, floral and nuanced, with a serious palate reflecting the limestone soils from Garraf and a very tasty, almost salty finish. It fermented in large barrels and foudres, where it matured for eight months without bâtonnage. 7,800 bottles produced."
